No. Coaching is present-focused and future-oriented. We work on clarity, goals, patterns, and action — not diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. If therapy is the better path for what you're navigating, I'll say so honestly and help you think through that too.
Do you feel lost on how to move forward in life? Are you experiencing anxiety or stress? Are you going through a transition? Or you know what you want and where to go, but can't seem to get started? If you've tried to make changes on your own and it's just not working, you don't have to figure it all out by yourself. Yes, I have male clients as well. Feel free to reach out directly if you're curious whether my approach could be a good fit for you.
It depends on your location. If you are located in Lancaster, PA our sessions can be in person at my office. However, most of my clients prefer virtual sessions, as they can work with me whether they're two blocks away or in another country.
