Mother, wife, designer, teacher and coach, Chris has rebuilt her life across four countries and several professional chapters. She brings warmth, structure and direct compassion to women who are ready to stop carrying everything alone and start listening inward again.

Before your first conversation

What happens in a free session?

You share what is changing, what feels heavy and what you hope becomes possible. Chris helps you see whether coaching is the right next step and what kind of support may fit. No pressure, no pitch.

Is coaching therapy?

No. Coaching is a present-focused and future-oriented support for goals, clarity, patterns and action. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, it provides knowledge and tools to improve your mental wellbeing. Chris will always respect when therapy or clinical support is the better path and advocate for what's best for you.

How long does coaching take?

It depends on your goals. The free call is the right place to figure that out together. Some clients come for help with a specific decision or transition; others are ready for a steadier rhythm of support for sustained change. That said, the 12 sessions package offers the deepest value, both in support and per-session cost.

Do you work with men too?

Yes, Chris works with both men and women.

Do you offer speaking and workshops?

Yes. Talks and workshops are customized for the audience, with practical exercises and actionable takeaways for personal and professional growth.
